We collect information you choose to provide through contact and project forms, including your name, company, email, optional phone number and project details. Sasha conversations may be processed to provide a response.
Basic technical data may also be collected for security and site operation, such as request time, browser type and an abbreviated network identifier.
Why we collect it
Information is used to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not automatically subscribe enquiries to marketing.
Sasha conversations
Sasha is an AI assistant. Conversation content may be sent to a configured AI provider to generate a response. Please do not share passwords, payment information, identity documents, private API credentials or other sensitive information.
Conversation deletion clears the current browser conversation. Server and provider logs may be retained for a limited period for safety, troubleshooting and legal requirements when live services are configured.
Providers and third parties
We may use hosting, email, analytics, database and AI providers acting on our behalf. Provider details and retention settings will be documented here before live collection is enabled. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide those services or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, legal requirements and legitimate business records. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information by emailing hello@sorigintechnologies.com. You can use Sasha anonymously where practical and delete the visible conversation at any time.
